To reinforce the humanistic quality of medical students, the Schoolof Medicine established a laboratory for medical ethics in the Jinnan Campus.

Founded in April, 2016, the laboratory is located in Room 123 in the School of Medicine at Jinnan Campus. The laboratory is themed by the stories, testament, organ specimens, photos of cadaver donors, including Professor Xianyi Zhu, a famous endocrinologist, Mr. Liwen Ke, a research librarian at Nankai University, Miss Jinxia Wang, a worker at the chemical plant of Nankai University.

After the founding of this laboratory, students from the 2014 Clinical Medicine Program and the 2013 Stomatology Program attended the Medical Ethics lecture in this lab. The students were deeply impressed by the behaviors and ideas of the selfless donors.
